Our Policies

In order to enjoy a quick online shopping experience, please carefully read our policies below before emailing us your order.


1. How can I sample your products or scents?
Just contact us and we will be happy to give you a small free sample of our products (except for our oil-based products like the Perfume Oil and Lava Lip Gloss), though this is subject to availability due to our small-scale operations. If we happen to not have any samples at hand, leave us your email address or contact number and we will get back to you with the samples when they become available. Each person is limited to just 1-2 samples at a time.
We are happy to provide free "sniffy" samples of our scents to serious buyers only. Firstly, just email us the product that you'd like to purchase and we will recommend our *bestseller* scent that goes with it. If you already have a scent preference, let us know which scent you'd like to sample in order to confirm your choice. Each person is limited to just 1 sniffy sample at a time.
We do not deliver samples - please contact us regarding the collection of your samples.

2. I don't like the scent I chose, can I return the product?
Owing to our small-scale operations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if our products are defective, we will be happy to replace it with the same product or another of your choice with the same value. Customers are given a grace period of 1 week from the date of collection/delivery to give us feedback on defective products and to bring it back to us. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of the scent.

3. How can I order your products?
Just go to our Order page and everything you need to know is there. Once you have confirmed your order and paid, we will start working on your goodies.

4. How do I make payment?
Once you have confirmed your order, you can pay us in any of the following methods:

5. How do I get my goods from you?
You can pop by our home to collect them, or if we meet you often, we will pass them to you at a convenient time and location. We do not make personal deliveries; however, we are happy to send your parcel to you via a courier service with a minimal handling & postage fee. For purchases above RM100, postage is waived. Once you have confirmed your order, we will re-calculate your total payment due with the added shipping cost. To ensure that you receive your parcel safely, please provide us with a mailing address that is reachable during working hours and a phone number.

*Important note* Please collect your goodies within 1 week from the time everything is ready for collection if you do not want them couriered to you.

6. How soon can I get my goodies?
Your order should be ready for delivery/collection within 10 working days unless it is an unusually large order, during certain busy holiday seasons or in the midst of a family (or child) emergency. Should we require more time to complete your order, we will inform you beforehand. Don't worry - we strive to get your order completed as fast as possible!

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Since our products are very customised, we regret that we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations after the confirmation of your order.

8. How long is the shelf life of your products?
Our ingredients maintain their optimal properties up to 6 months from date of production when stored under recommended conditions (below 30C in a cool, dry place). Please do not leave the products in your car or in direct sunlight.

9. What is your privacy policy?
We want you to enjoy convenient and secure shopping with Periwinkle Patch always. We do not sell, trade or reveal your personal information to any third parties. All emails are kept confidential.
